TCG Adopted Rules and Proposed Rules - In an
effort to improve Highlander: The Collectible Card Game, TCG occaisionally imposes
Proposed Rules for a 30-day trial period. After that period TCG decides whether or
not to Adopt those rules permanently based on player and tournament coordinator feed-back.
Adopted Rules usually make it into the next printed copy of the Rulebook. |
