In order to use Albatross, you’ll need the following
hardware:

• TiVo (if you want TiVo support) with an network connection (TiVoNET, TurboNET, etc)
• A web server running a webserver (such as Apache or IIS) with PHP

You’ll also need the following software applications:

Tivo

• vserver version 1.2, written by cwingert
• tivodecode for HMO support

Server

• PHP (tested with version 5.2.5) and a web server such as apache
• Latest version of VideoLAN Client (0.9.4)
• VStream Client version 1.2.1.1, which has been patched to use stdout (required for TiVo support)

Client

• Any Flash-enabled web browser!
